Tina Pai, MD
For more than 30 years, Dr. Tina Pai has been dedicated to helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful skin through personalized care built on trust, expertise, and lasting relationships. She believes the best dermatologic care begins with listening, taking the time to understand each patient’s goals and concerns, and developing thoughtful treatment plans that support both skin health and natural-looking results.
At Skin Spectrum in Tucson, Arizona, Dr. Pai provides comprehensive dermatologic care with a special interest in injectable treatments and aesthetic rejuvenation. Her approach combines proven clinical expertise with a personalized touch, helping patients look refreshed, feel confident, and maintain healthy skin through every stage of life.
A Hawaii native, Dr. Pai has cared for patients in both island and desert communities, giving her a unique perspective on the effects of different climates and environments on skin health. She is passionate about building long-term relationships with her patients and partnering with them throughout their skincare journey, providing education, guidance, and customized treatment plans that evolve with their changing needs.
Dr. Pai earned her medical degree from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine after graduating summa cum laude from Whittier College in California. She completed an internal medicine internship at Mayo Medical Center before pursuing a three-year dermatology residency at University Hospitals of Cleveland, where she received comprehensive training in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She later established a successful private dermatology practice in Hawaii before relocating to Tucson, where she has become a respected member of the local medical community.
Throughout her career, Dr. Pai has remained committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered care grounded in compassion, experience, and clinical excellence.
