I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into the Skin Spectrum. I never felt rushed at my appointment with Dr. Pai; she listened and advised (amazing knowledge about any issues I brought up), while Tracy took great notes, which were given to me for reference. I enjoyed my experience with Dr. Pai She’s always very informative and her assistant Tracey, but when I went to the counter to pay, I was not happy with the receptionist . My husband purchased I guess a gift card around the holidays and I guess he got 20% off and I brought in a pair of jeans so I can get 15% off my filler & she I couldn’t take my 15% because she said I would be double dipping on my discount which I felt was rude and it was just an uncomfortable situation at the counter, so it is not happy with that , mind you, my husband purchased it six months ago. Specially, with the money you spend already to be told that I was going to be double dipping and that I couldn’t use that really bothered me – Elaine Martin
