I’ve noticed that my neck and chest look a lot worse than my face–there is a lot of discoloration, crepiness, sagging, and wrinkles. I feel a little self-conscious about it when I wear a v-neck. What can be done to make this area look better?

What you’ve observed on your decolette is true for most people. The skin on the neck and chest has a very different character compared to facial skin, and as a result sun damage and aging changes tend to be much more visible in this area. Usually there is redness, brown spots, crepey texture, and laxity. The good news is that there are many options to improve this area so that you can feel more confident about it. We typically use a combination of energy treatments such as IPL, ResurFX laser, or ActiveFX laser, topical products including retinol or hyaluronic acid, and injectables such as Sculptra, Botox, or Dysport.
